Peel Community Care is an NDIS-registered provider for disabled people living in Mandurah, Western Australia. We are providing support to the participants of ages from 7 to 65 by giving them the services which are created by considering the needs, goals, and NDIS plans of each individual. We offer the services of independent living support, hand with the daily activities, community participation, transport support, and appropriate disability housing options. The supports are made to assist the participants in keeping their independence and being able to remain as active members of their community. Our staff are care coordinators who are qualified, enrolled nurses, social workers, and experienced disability support workers. We cooperate with participants and families, and by being practical and collaborative, we find ways to handle the issues and give the person-centred care which is consistent in nature. There are no charges for quotes and consultations.
